Building Regulations
We have the Technical knowledge and experience to take your projects from Planning Approval through to Construction, by detailing up every part of the project to an agreed schedule. In accordance with the Approved Documents, working often with the Local Authority Building Control Department as well as Independence Approved Inspectors. Ensuring your project achieves the necessary Post Planning Building Control Approval. This also provides a robust package of information for you to obtain Tender pricing from select Contractors, appropriate for your project.

Principal Designer Role(s)
Under the Construction Design & Management Regulations 2015, clients take on the role of employers, assuming key responsibilities in construction projects. We can offer the Principal Designer for Single family occupancy residential projects under separate appointment. However we refer to Specialist CDMC Principal Designer Consultants for our Commercial work. Additionally, we can also undertake now the Principal Designer Role under the BSR (Building Safety Regulator 2022) for Building Regulations. We can plan, coordinate, and review designs in collaboration with the Principal Contractor/Designer throughout the process.
