After obtaining Planning Permission for this Support Housing scheme in Ashton for Progress Housing / RWP, we are now overseeing the Construction on site.
The 14no apartment scheme accommodates for various health needs, with future adaptations for hoists and mobility needs. It has a communal lounge and community space that connects families and provides an idea space for hosting events. Featuring a residents garden and a community / lettable space with solar PV’s, with that all important ‘fabric first’ approach to SAP, meeting Building Regulations and beyond.
The proposal replaces the former St. David’s Church and Hall site, after it burnt down in 2021.
