It’s not often us Architects can design a Tipi and get away with it! But Yu Restaurant wanted a very niche outdoor catering experience to offer their customers. In the corner of the car park in Copster Green, this safari style space challenged Ribble Valley Council’s planning team. But with Smith and Love as planning consultants, the client was in good hands.
