With a steel service core, the accommodation is assembled with modular units that are automated into position and indeed to the level of choice, by the investor. This means the skyscraper steel structure and engineered timber exo-skeleton would be assembled first, followed by the designer modular accommodation, second! Each floor would have its own garden, with a crowning jewel ‘Sky Garden’ at the very top!
